Introduction

This model estimate amounting to Rs. 11697881.00 (Rupees One Crore Sixteen Lacs Ninety Seven Thousand Eight Hundred & Eighty One) has been framed for various Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan (PSB) of South Bihar Region after deducting the contractor profit & cost of Boundary wall. This estimate (pile foundation) has been prepared in compliance of letter no.-3324 dated-24.05.2019 of Panchayti Raj Bibhag. ln this estimate provision for 5′ plinth height has been provided for main building & 4′ plinth height for other building blocks. Apart from separate toilet block provision for two number of toilets has also been made for Mukhiya & physically handicapped person.
