ETABS-Non-Linear or higher will automatically create construction sequence for multistorey building without much effort. The ultimate loads are rarely more than 5% different even with transfer structures at low levels. Just export conventional dead load and sequential dead load to a spreadsheet and compare them next to each other to confirm this. If however you are looking at deflections these are totally different especially in asymmetrical tall building. See attached
